Development is presented in many guises, as many teachers know to their cost! This will be an interactive workshop where participants will have the opportunity to share their own experiences, consider the best conditions for effective teacher-led professional development and to hear about student-led professional development opportunities on one undergraduate primary education programme. The workshop will be a platform for delegates to discuss their own skills, knowledge and attributes in a positive environment, and to promote ideas for future professional development opportunities. Delegates who have an interest in sharing their experiences, hearing about the experiences of others and taking action as a result would be most welcome at this workshop. —-
