Neil is a secondary English teacher who has run a number of highly successful workshops around this theme. The session will look at what happens when we give students the tools to take control of learning and show what they are capable of. It looks at how we can encourage them to take risks and deal with failure while still staying on track for conventional successes. It will involve presentation, exemplification and discussion. Listen out for the calendars and cakes!!!
