Refreshing to hear Ken talking about the inspection process (and models) in plain language and reassuring listeners about how Education Scotland is moving away from ‘one size fits all’ inspections. And demystifying the processes – one of the barriers to understanding what happens in the choice of schools and inspection teams. I would congratulate Radio Edutalk and Ken on taking this initiative – and suggest that every teacher should listen to this!!
